This beautiful luxury castle hotel invited us to develop a planting scheme around an existing heritage villa they were refurbishing, set within the beautiful grounds of the hotel.

The hotel was keen to enrich the driveway and areas around the villa with beautiful seasonal perennial planting to bring in biodiversity and nature, flowering shrubs and an orchard of cherry and apple trees.

The scheme we developed selected plants with long seasons of bloom, fragrance and english garden character for the residents to savour.  This included a lavender hedge, some mature flowering Viburnums, Choisyas and hydrangeas, wonderfully scented Daphnes and Lonicera.   We also included some quintessentially english garden classics such as Salvias, Lupins, geraniums, Veronicastrum and geums, set amongst some beautiful ornamental grasses.

We planted this in June 2024 and look forward to it further establishment and blooms next season.
